Privacy Policy
Last updated November 7, 2026
The short version: CallCircles doesn’t collect your data. There is no account, no tracking and no server. The people and circles you set up stay on your iPhone.
CallCircles is an iPhone app made by TournamentMVP, LLC (“we”). This policy explains what the app does with information on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. CallCircles has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The app doesn’t send your information to us or to anyone else.
What the app keeps on your iPhone
To work, CallCircles stores the following on your iPhone only:
- The names, icons and colors of your circles.
- For each person you add: their name, their phone numbers, their contact photo if they have one, which number you prefer, and the contact’s internal ID on your iPhone (so the same person isn’t added to a circle twice).
This information sits in the app’s own storage on your device, which the CallCircles widgets also read so they can show your people. Deleting the app deletes it.
Your contacts
CallCircles never asks for access to your contacts. When you add someone, your iPhone shows its own contact picker, and only the people you choose are passed to the app. The rest of your contacts are never visible to CallCircles.
Calls, texts and FaceTime
When you tap to call, text or FaceTime, CallCircles hands the number to your iPhone’s Phone, Messages or FaceTime app, which places the call or opens the conversation. CallCircles can’t see your call history or your messages.
Siri and Shortcuts
So that Siri can understand requests like “Call Mom in CallCircles,” the app makes the names of the people in your circles available to Siri on your iPhone. Requests you make to Siri are handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Crash reports
If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may send us crash reports. These describe what went wrong in the app. They don’t include your circles or the people in them.
Children
CallCircles isn’t directed at children, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
